The tours are equally magical, and in a perfect world, we would recommend doing both. However, if you can only choose one, neither one of these options will leave you disappointed. Just remember to wear comfortable walking shoes.
It is always a good idea to take extra water with you to the Grand Canyon, regardless of the time of year. Some tours do provide at least one bottle of water, but not all of them, and on particularly hot days, one will not be enough. PROS:
