The James Bond Island is open every day! You cannot sleep there, due to its protected status, but the earliest tour sets out from Phuket at 8 am. Most tours are full-day excursions and include more than just Khao Phing Kan. Tours run all day, with new people coming in and out all the time.

Best time to go
The best time to visit Khao Phing Kan island is during the relatively cool and dry season between November and April. The weather is still warm, but not as humid as Thai summers, and rainfall is less common than in summer. The temperate days are also preferable when you’re spending most of the day under the sun!

Kein Massentourismus The sunrise was not good to take pictures of, because we had to pick up people from another boat, so the sun was already up when we came to see the sunrise on the ocean. We drove by speedboat through a wonderfull scenerie to our first stop. We walked in a cave. Second stop was james bond island. It was perfect there. We were the first boat, so taking wonderful pictures was easy 🙂 the tour by kanu was about 30-40 minutes and very exciting. While kanuing you see koh hong. The driver was a very nice guy who took great pictures of us. After that we were in koh yayo yai for swimming, on koh yayo noi for great lunch and koh nok for sunbathing and a viewpoint. These Islands are absolutely amazing! Best beaches! The tour was great. The driver who picked us up from the Hotel and brought us back to it was very aggressiv and absolut not the typical smiling thai like we usually got to know here. :/
