A really interesting cookery class led by chef Tom. Full of energy and good humour. We learnt, hands on, to prepare a large array of dishes and sauces. Fortunately we were given a recipe booklet as there were too many to remember. Only negative was the market visit which was very superficial and rather a waste of time.

Really enjoyed this class! Our chef, Tommy, was a great teacher and made sure everyone had a chance to participate actively in the cooking process. He handled the large class size well, making it fun and engaging. Food was amazing, a great introduction to Balinese cuisine!
