The boat was small, 6 passengers and the captain/guide. We saw dolphins and tons of birds. We saw 2 fin whales. It was very cold on the water and since the boat was open, the wind bit through our jackets and we were chilled to the bone. I could not wait to get back to the dock so I could get warm again. Our captain/guide has done this tour a lot because he seemed bored.

It’s was a great experience, and I saw lots of dolphins but no whales. I am only giving it 4 stars because I wanted to bring my spouse at the last min but could not due to the 6 person max on a boat that had at least seats for 2-3 more people. Not sure if it a licensing thing or what but again there was more than enough seats and room for more than 6 pax.

It was the worst experience I had. The guide barely spoke English and he wouldn’t explain anything. I was misinformed. On your website the guide will be an English spoken one. It was terrible. He wouldn’t explain anything. We were on our own. He said few things in Chinese to the Asian Tourists. Then I almost got lost in Balboa Park because we were left alone. Then I couldn’t even go to the navy aircraft since he did not tell us anything. And my ticket was included in my purchase. I paid $223.00 for my ticket. And it’s not eve. Worth a dollar. Then on our way back the Bus had some problems and it took us 4 Hours to get back to LA. They made us move to another bus. And for me this is the first time in the US and I had the worst experience of my life. I called your office yesterday and I complained and I asked for a full refund. I had anxiety all day and was stressed out. If I don’t get my full refund I will open a case with my credit card at capital one to decline your payment and we will have a dispute.
