The James Bond Island is open every day! You cannot sleep there, due to its protected status, but the earliest tour sets out from Phuket at 8 am. Most tours are full-day excursions and include more than just Khao Phing Kan. Tours run all day, with new people coming in and out all the time.

Best time to go
The best time to visit Khao Phing Kan island is during the relatively cool and dry season between November and April. The weather is still warm, but not as humid as Thai summers, and rainfall is less common than in summer. The temperate days are also preferable when you’re spending most of the day under the sun!

The cruise with Sea Angel was good and straightforward. The guide Tommy was funny and helpful. The cruise provided chilled drinks throughout the journey and a decent lunch. The top deck AC was not great. Toilets are basic. Visit to each attraction is good with decent time allotted to move about on our own. However, wach attraction is jam packed with tourists.
