Very good. Well worth the early start and avoid the crowds. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

It’s a total scam. You turn up a 645 in the morning to be herded into the museum, led by a bashful guide with a stick and some fluttering tissue on top to WAIT and watch other groups, many more, to go up the stairs. Then, you get a very, very, very long explanation about THE Raphael room you were parked with dozens of other people led by other guides with fluttering stuff on their sticks. When you finally arrive in the Sistine Chapel, it’s as full, jam-packed as ever, and you get herded out after 15 minutes spent jostling and pushing. I spare you the rest of the tour. Never again!

With so much to absorb she was able to give us the highlites as well as help us to decide what other tours would be interesting! Our guide was very knowledgable and interesting, It goes without saying, the site is awe inspiring. I however, was surprised by the huge amount of people and lines for an early access tour. It made it very difficult to enjoy the experience. If that was reduced crowds, full capacity must be a huge disappointment.
