The tours were inherently good, although the bus tour was nearly 2 hours and it was 30+ degrees – not great! The walking tour was OK but the guide's English was quite difficult to understand. The boat trip was nice as it was relaxing and after the two previous tours (but and walking) it was nice to just be still. THE most stressful part was trying to work out; what, where, when, who to meet etc. etc. I literally had sleepless nights! The last thing I wanted was to be stuck abroad, speaking only passable German and not knowing where I supposed to be in a capital city and not knowing who to ask – stressful!

I really enjoyed the audio commentary but I felt it could give you more information between the stops. The Big Bus app is fantastic as it tracks the buses in real time so you know when the next one is coming and where. It also has lots of other tourist information. The views of the city from the top were very nice. Loved all of it.

Highly recommend taking the full package, bus tour with audio guide in many languages plus a Danube cruise. The ticket will allow you to use 3 different bus routes to choose from, or all together, for three days. We only had one day but it was enough for us and we have no regrets. For tourists who do not have unlimited time and are physically inactive – just an exceptionally right decision. Audio guide on the bus in English, Russian, Hebrew and many other languages. We learned a lot of interesting things about Vienna and Austria, drove through the most interesting places. We especially liked swimming along the Danube canal. Unforgettably. We believe that if you are in Vienna for at least one day – spend 5-6 hours and you will have unforgettable impressions and photos.
