National Museum of The History of Ukraine in The Second World War

One of the most well-known museums in Ukraine is the National Museum of The History of Ukraine in The Second World War (also known as the Museum of The Great Patriotic War, Kiev).

This memorial complex is a separate museum located on the outskirts of Kiev. It sits on the scenic hills on the right bank of the Dnieper River. It was opened in 1981 to commemorate the German-Soviet War and received its National Museum status in 1996.
