Very nice experience visiting the cellars and the Champagne production process. The cathedral at Reims is beautiful, must seen when you are in this tour. Tour guides at both cellars where very experienced and nice. Our tour guide was very nice, what was odd is that the tour selected was in English, however there was a group of Japanese people that was really disturbing when the guide was talking in English, and the guide had to repeat everything in both languages, even the tour guide at Mumm cellars was mad as they were loud and in a closed space made it difficult for her to provide the explanation. Apart from this, the service was really good, I highly recommend taking this tour, it's really impressive.

This was the biggest disappointment of my 2-week European vacation……and on my birthday, no less. I had arranged for hotel pickup with Viator, but they opted NOT to tell ParisCityVision about the pickup, so I missed the tour. Book direct next time!

Great visits to the two houses we toured. The tasting was great but the tour through the plant was better. Reims was a nice town and the cathedral was spectacular. The buses were nice and allowed for relaxation on the trip. Highly recommend.

Do not book any tours involving Paris City Vision. I do not have the space to explain in detail. I paid extra for a hotel pickup. No one came they went to hotel with same name different address. 10 mins after arranged time I tried to phone and kept phoning for 45 mins. Hotel manager phoned eventually spoke to person said I gave incorrect address. Viator confirmed I did give correct address. It was 1pm before this sorted. I wasted a day. Stuff happens but not to have emergency procedures in place is rediculous. You are warned DO NOT BOOK WITH PARIS CITY VISION
