Let's start off with the good. We were able to utilize the pass without issue on merchants that accepted it. It did save a marginal amount of money however the bad is multiple merchants and things the pass promised were not available. Viator needs to clean up the verbiage on the pass as to not mislead the consumer. I guess if you are savy and willing to deal with some frustrating things go for it.
