We schedule a Spanish tour, we got there at 9:30 for a 10:30 Spanish tour. When we arrived, they told us the Spanish tour was sold out until 12:15!! I bought my tickets 5 days earlier!! I didn't understand they way to handle tours times. I wanted an explanation, the guy got upset and said: First come, first served!!!!!????? How so!!!! I got my tickets in the website !!!

Good tour for sports fans Tour is great if you're a sports fan. Tour starts by taking you through some memorabilia spots which was interesting to sports fans. Then you visit a suite which is nice if you've never been in one. Then you visit the press bridge, that was neat. They have you sit with virtual reality headset and watch a video which was interesting. Then you head down to visit the Rangers and Knicks locker rooms, which I found to be the most interesting as that area is open or visible to the public. The last stop is on the main floor of the gardens. Overall an ok tour. NY sports fans would enjoy it.
