Excellent Guide…Need more time Oliver was an amazing guide and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He had real passion for the history and we really enjoyed his narrative. Areas of improvement: start the tour earlier to give more time. This tour was extremely rushed. I would suggest doing the palace portion of the tour first, then go into the gardens where you can do your normal garden tour but then that would give us time to explore further on our own since this tour skips half of the gardens, which is the best part. Make sure to give all tour guests their train pass back so we can go back when we want. Another issue is when we signed up for this tour in December, the website said it was a bus ride to Versailles but we wound up taking the train, which was a bit of a commotion and not what we had paid for.

Tour was great Unfortunately this tour didn't start out great… No mention of my reservations that there was a building where we should meet. We arrived via train looking all around finally walked up the block and there is a tour company sign. (there was no mention of this) Gratefully we were well ahead of time. And all turned out well. We had only 5 people for tour we had paid for 6 had we found you office earlier we would have been able to sell out ticket to a man we met after he booked his tour.
