Amazing. We all agreed this was the best part of our girl’s trip! We were able to play our own music while watching the sunset! Just amazing. Highly recommend.

Impressed that the captain was professional and thoughtful to let us know ahead of time about rough waters and gave us an option to decline the tour. Our captain from another company did not inform us and took us out anyway. 2 out of 4 of us were leaning over the side of the boat for 2 hours with sea sickness. So thankful for the captain for being considerate of others and not just trying to make a buck!

I give 4 stars because this was a fun activity, the staff was friendly and from what I found it was the best price. Other reviews have mentioned negative things that are valid concerns and I took off a star for these. But if you give attention to the details and allow yourself proper time to be there then you can avoid the issues that some people mentioned. First off, these tickets sold through Viator are as a 3rd party. The email I received from Viator said specifically not to go to any kiosk but to just proceed directly to the boat with your mobile ticket. THIS IS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of the truth. You MUST go to the kiosk that is just to the left of the boat at the edge of the water to receive a printed ticket/boarding pass. Otherwise you will wait in line and then get to the front of the boat only to be told that you need the paper ticket. I brought this up with the lady at the kiosk and she just said that is a mistake by the 3rd party vendor. I don't know why they can't get them to fix this. Next, be sure to give yourself enough time to get there and to finish the tour. Our time slot was for 5:30pm and we got there at 4:50pm. There was already a huge line, but this was for the time slot before us. The person in the kiosk then said that our booking was actually for 6pm but they start boarding at 5:30. We actually didn't board until 6:00 but we were happy to have been there early so we were at the front of the line. If you have plans scheduled tightly after the expected tour time then you might be late. As far as seating, our tour wasn't completely full so everyone had a seat. But I can see how it might get overly packed in high season. And there is little space among all the seats so that could be annoying I'm sure. Many reviews have complained about trouble finding the boat. But if you read the directions carefully and compare with google maps, you will actually find the boat pretty easily. Basically, if you are standing at the waterfront facing east at all the boats, it's going to be all the way to the left (north) and in front of the Victoria Secrets store. The parking garage is the nearest parking option, but not very cheap after 2 hours. There was an option on the south side of the complex for $20 flat rate which turned out to be cheaper but a bit more walking (when you enter from the main road go right at the split instead of left towards the parking garage). I'm not sure how the actual route they take compares with other tours, but we got to see a lot of the celebrity mansions and then the Miami skyline. I would suggest that they show online a simple image of the map with the tour highlighted so people know where it's going. For the price we paid it was certainly worth the experience.
