Having a van pick you up your hotel and return you at the end of the day was fantastic. Our tour guide, Laura (sp?), was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. We chose the full day option with Gardens access, and you are picked up at 5pm rather than 2pm. It was worth it. I only wish we’d known about the golf cart rentals so we could have covered more ground in the Gardens. There are also bicycle and scooter rentals to help you cover more ground in the massive Gardens, and you can also take the Petit Train (a shuttle) to Marie Antoinette’s estate.
