I can give this company -1 or 0. We purchase 3 days pass and we are very disappointed! They are so rude and they don't have a good flow on how to treat the customer right. It's such a waste of money and time. We advise Don't try this sightseeing pass it's very useless. You still have to line up to ALL the attractions and go to their ticketing office to exchange bus ticket etc. such a waste of time. Plus they are awful and racist peeps.

My son and I were visiting from Argentina and were extremely pleased with the Passes. Not only were we able to get a wonderful experience on a double Decker bus, but we also could pick which attractions we wanted to do from the many offers that the pass has. I would recommend this pass to anyone!!

I can’t recommend the sightseeing pass enough. If you are visiting for the first time like us and want to pack as much in as possible you will save A LOT of money. There were also some attractions we wouldn’t have known about if we hadn’t bought the pass – eg Intrepid museum. Our teenage boys loved it. I simply printed the passes with the barcode and laminated before our trip. It was very simple to use. Some attractions you have to visit and buy a timed ticket to come back but that would be the case even without the pass. Eg Top if the Rock -we just returned the next morning and walked straight in without a queue. Really great pass – definitely worth the money.(We had the three day pass)

The pass was great with the exception of the gray line on off buses and boats. Will save you money at the attractions if you have a plan and pack your trip with attractions. Beware of buying through third party sites as you need to go to the actual store to exchange for physical cards. Also the app will not store your tickets unless you buy directly from the site or store. They will match the 3rd party sites. It was sad because we couldn’t use the tickets scanned and had to walk about two miles to exchange for real ticket cards. Once at the attractions ask where you should stand in the general line -to get actual tickets from the attraction, like one world tower- other attractions like the met you go to the advanced ticket line not the general line – can save you time if you know where to line up. If I could have done it again, I would have bought directly from sightseeing pass online so the tickets would be on my phone.

Quite ok for the money invested. In general it worked quite well. Need to plan properly and to be in time for highlights. Except for the cruise, it was waste of time, they did not follow their itinerary, supposed to go near Brooklyn bridge, but skipped that part and went directly to Liberty, with no excuse.

I decided to visit the New York Botanical Gardens for the first time a couple weeks ago to see The Orchid Show (Orchidelirium). I could hardly believe such an oasis existed only 20 minutes from Midtown Manhattan! From Grand Central I hoped on Metro North Railroad to Botanical Garden Station and it was literally across the street. It was a very chilly day in New York but upon entering the Conservatory it felt like I was in a tropical paradise. Not only did it smell amazing but the Orchids were some of the most beautiful blooms I've ever seen!I cannot wait to go back when the entire grounds are awakening to Spring. This is a MUST see away from the hustle and bustle of the city!

The New York Botanical Garden is a hidden gem. Know however that the train that they refer to on the website is the commuter train that leaves from Grand Central Station, not the subway.

This garden is one of the best maintained and organized botanical gardens that we've visited. The Chihuly art display is fantastic. The price of admission is worth every cent!!

I had no idea the gardens were this big! We visited specifically because of the Chihuly exhibit but I would recommend the gardens nonetheless. We visited in the 'off-peak' month of September but I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer months.

The explorer pass saved me quite a bit of money. I got to do Empire State, top of the rock and the big bus uptown and downtown tours. I could show each vendor the ticket on my phone and there wasn’t any hassle.
