Great customer service. My tour of Cape Town was great! The tour guide was very detailed, pleasant and professional. What I respected the most about this tour was this tour company kept an eye on the waiting time to get on the cable cars to the top of Table Mountain. On this day, the wait was almost 2-3 hours. It would not have been enough time to get the 3:00 pm ferry to Robben Island. They offered me a very flexible 'Plan B' for the next morning (which worked out perfect). They dropped me back to my hotel and after lunch, I was transported to the ferry (Abdul/great job/thank you!) to Robbens Island in the afternoon, on-time. The next morning, they hired the hotel shuttle to transport me to/from Table Mountain and everything was made PERFECT (except for the morning fog). Otherwise, a fantastic tour. Thank you!
Loved it but we could have spent two hours on table mountain instead of 30 mins. Large crowds meant we had to queue and we had a ferry booked for 11am to Robben island. Excellent tour of the prison with an ex prisoner that was originally sentenced to 25 years for treason but was released after 7 years. Peter our guide for the day was also excellent
Started with Robben island. An ok experience because of its history. Couldn’t go to table Mountain because of weather. So our guide took us around CT, Signal hill and told a lot of history. We got the tickets for Table Mountain and did it on our own a couple of days later. Amazing up there.
Both Table Mountain and Robben Island were closed due to weather and this was not the fault of the driver. He was fine but we were disappointed in the fact that what we signed up for was not available.
